Sree Narayana Guru Institute of Science and Technology (SNGIST), governed by Gurudeva Trust, is an ISO 9001-2000 institute affiliated to MG University and approved by AICTE, offering post graduate programmes in Business Administration, Computer Applications and Bio-Informatics. Located in the suburbs of Cochin City SNGIST campus is far from the rush and pollution of city life. However, being just 15 km away from Cochin International Airport and 24 kms from Cochin City, it has all the amenities required for modern living.
At SNGIST one can be assured of all the modern facilities like fully equipped library with online journal database, state-of-the-art computer and microprocessor labs, conference halls, 24 hrs (One Mbps) internet connectivity via lease line, cafeteria, boarding facilities etc. 125 Pentium IV terminals each with 512 MB RAM running a variety of operating systems from Linux (various versions of Fedora, Redhat, Mandrake, Debian) to Windows and even Sun Solaris provide the students with unlimited choices to experiment and learn.
