Why boss? Some Thoughts on Free Software By Anjana

i was very fortunate to attend a seminar on free software conducted by uc college aluva i thought it would be nice to share the information that i got from there free software doesnt mean that it is free of cost but its something else we are given the code along with the product so one can be very much sure what it does inside ur computer i had a feeling that why should one know the code if u r happy with the softwarebut the thing is we should know for u should be sure that the software that u are using doesnt do anything that is harmful to ur computer and ur security without u knowing as an example when we are getting connected to our reliable internet service p why is it that we are getting a popup menu showing the java software that u are using is not authorized get an authorized one who gave the information what was stored in my computer how didthey know thatsomething fishyfeeling very unsecuresomebody is tracing out the things in our computer and comparing with some database isn t it this is where the strength of free software stands iam not against any of the authorised vendors of the non free software but i was just quoting the strenght of free software i think it is high time that we go for the boss india s free software that was launched recently technology
